Role & responsibilities Assist in assembly, wiring, and integration of electrical/electronic modules and RF components. Perform product testing, calibration, and validation under guidance. Conduct basic troubleshooting of PCB boards, circuits, and wiring harnesses. Prepare test reports, documentation, and maintain records as per company standards. Support production/engineering teams in day-to-day activities. Follow safety, quality, and ESD guidelines in the lab and production environments. Assist in inspecting incoming components and ensuring compliance with design requirements. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities. Role & responsibilities Repair of products containing a variety of technologies in a volume HRS environment Conduct testing of and/or repairs to RF products. Conduct testing of and/or repairs to PSUs and/or switched mode PSUs. Experience of soldering/reworking surface-mount and through-hole components using hot air and/or infra-red soldering/rework stations or similar. Can perform assembly and dis assembly of products as required. Be willing to work in a busy environment where work is carried out to exacting quality standards. Be willing to expand on current skills and knowledge through continuous on-the-job learning and improvement. Work well as part of a team in a disciplined and tidy manner respecting all relevant current legislation. Shift patterns may be applied should it become necessary as deemed by Management.
