Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escalation Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Escalation Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer escalations, analyzing issues to provide effective resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also serve as a liaison between teams to resolve complex cases, facilitate communication, and help improve processes to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Escalations Management and handling complex escalations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve issues effectively
• Expertise in Customer Support and fostering positive customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and empathetic interactions
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
