Escalation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining our customer coordination team as a self-motivated and eager to learn candidate. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to our clients through phone calls and emails, specifically managing redemption fulfilment. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their gift claim redemption and ensuring coordination for timely product delivery.
