Escalation Specialist

As an Escalation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing logistics-related escalations and coordinating directly with delivery partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely resolutions to shipment issues and maintain a smooth customer experience. - Handle all logistics and delivery-related escalations such as delays, misrouted packages, and delivery failures - Liaise with delivery partners, including Blue Dart and others, to promptly resolve issues - Track shipment statuses and follow up on stuck or RTO (Return to Origin) cases - Log and categorize issues using internal systems or CRM tools - Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers regarding resolution timelines - Maintain records of escalations and resolutions for future analysis - Proactively identify patterns in delivery issues and recommend process improvements - Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams to prevent repeated delivery errors Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline - 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, customer support, or delivery issue handling - Familiarity with courier service platforms like Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Please note that this is a full-time position with health insurance benefits, requiring you to work during day shifts.
