Project Leadership & Strategy

• Lead Oracle Cloud Implementations

  : Oversee full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX modules.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Solution Design

  : Architect scalable and efficient Oracle Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.

Functional & Technical Expertise

• Business Process Analysis

  : Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Configuration & Customization

  : Configure Oracle Cloud modules to meet specific business needs; develop custom extensions when necessary.

• Integration Management

  : Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentorship

  : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and peers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and other technical teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

• Quality Assurance

  : Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project timelines.

Training & Support

• User Training

  : Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Post-Go-Live Support

  : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after system go-live to address any issues and ensure system stability.

• Experience

  : 812 years in Oracle Cloud implementations, with a strong focus on ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.

• Technical Proficiency

  : Expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, including OIC, OTBI, BICC, and VBCS.

• Certifications

  : Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.

• Project Management

  : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Communication

  : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
