Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the finance team in data migration from Tally to Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to do reconciliations between two ERPs independently
Provide first-level functional support to ERP users across departments.
Troubleshoot user issues related to modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Production, etc.
Log, track, and resolve issues using helpdesk/ticketing systems.
Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal IT teams for escalated issues.
Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and release notes.
Support change management during system upgrades or new module rollouts.
Act as a point of contact between business teams and ERP vendors.
Provide regular updates to management on system health, open issues, and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

Good understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime ERP).
Knowledge of functional areas like Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, HR, etc.
Basic SQL knowledge (optional but preferred).
Ability to understand workflows, approvals, and system configurations.
Knowledge on working with institutions, colleges orboards.
