About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide support to ERP users based in Dallas, USA. The position requires excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and prior experience in ERP/user support. Full training on the ERP system will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for ERP users in the USA (Dallas region).
• Provide timely support via email, chat, and calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues at the user level.
• Escalate technical/complex issues to senior support or technical teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of issues raised and resolved.
• Learn and adapt quickly to ERP functionalities through structured training.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in ERP support, IT support, or a similar role (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good understanding of web applications and user support processes.
• Ability to work during US business hours (night shift in India).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
