We are seeking a dedicated ERP Support and Implementation Specialist to join our team at Smaac Net Solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to clients, conduct thorough testing of ERP system updates, coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, and implement our industry-specific ERP solutions at client sites.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for resolving client tickets, ensuring smooth implementation of our ERP software, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will work closely with our development team to test functionality and ensure quality deliverables.The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of tasks, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP products for the steel and textile industries.
