ERP Senior Analyst

As an experienced professional in Hyperion Planning & Oracle Hyperion Essbase, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving/debugging skills - Applying software full lifecycle methodology - Working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team, able to work independently under minimal supervision, and being flexible to participate as a team member with a willingness to help junior staff where needed - Being highly organized and detail-oriented, adapting to projects quickly with a can-do attitude - Fully utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Collaborating with Solution Architects and Project Managers to define the right solution for the problem at hand - Building relationships with clients through effective communication at the project team level, meeting facilitation, and presentations, with persuasive written communication skills - Understanding financial budgeting and forecasting processes, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow development across multiple industries - Advising clients on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience Nice to Have: - Graduate degree in Finance preferred - Heavy emphasis on implementation experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting products - Recent working experience with PBCS/EPBCS implementations and migrations Please note that this position does not require regular travel but may require work from home with internet access, phone access, and a private location with no interruptions.,
