Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle for enterprise deals in CRM, ERP, Project Management, and E-commerce applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking end-to-end responsibility for demos in sales pitches, identifying and scoping demos to increase effectiveness, finding relevant use cases, and making preparations including dry runs. You will also coordinate with internal teams, sales, and clients. - Responding to RFP/RFI and showcasing analytical, structured, and methodical skills with excellent presentation abilities. - Ideally having experience with financial application packages, cloud ERP, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Previous application experience in NetSuite, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion/HCM, or other cloud ERP is preferred. - Demonstrating good presentation and interpersonal skills, proven track record of increasing deal size, accelerating the buying process, and sharing add-ons. Background in working with enterprise-size customers is a plus. - Achieving successful quotas, having experience in project management/functional areas, working in stringent timelines, and being adept at giving product demos in NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, and Fusion. You will also contribute towards organizational best practices. Skills required for this role include: - 4 to 8 years of experience in NetSuite ERP/Salesforce/ServiceNow/Cloud ERP with ERP and CRM software implementation experience. - Strong background in pre-sales/project management, including developing work-breakdown structures and project plans necessary for proposals. - Excellent client management skills, ability to work with customers to develop and manage implementation plans, and experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions and proposals. - Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus, as well as any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Consulting experience with applications like QuickBooks, Great Plains, Salesforce.com, and others is a solid predictor of success. Qualifications required for this position include a BTech, BE, MCA, MTech, MSc, or MBA with 4 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
