ERP FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

ERP Functional Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

 Interact with clients to provide functional support via chat, phone, and emails

 Log on and solve queries of clients

 Provide remote desktop or onsite support on Cloud ERP

 Identify client data issues and data entry issues

 Maintain Daily Issue Tracker and bring closure to issues as per TAT

 Provide timely updates to customers and 100% documentation on issue reasons

 Follow-up with clients on the solution provided.

 Review client feedback with a view to improve and enhance support quality

 Suggest enhancement and improvements in the software

 Test new functionality

 Create training ppts/videos

 Provide product trainings to clients and end users (online)

 Perform client data gathering and support product implementation

 Create, verify and push Client Data

 Test screens, modules and report bugs

 Frontend Screens Development

 Debug and Troubleshoot Testing screen & module and reporting bugs

 Product installation & configuration

 Perform Basic SQL data analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

 Minimum 0 to 1.5 years of experience in Technical Support role

 Knowledge of HTML,Javascript and SQL will be added advantage

 Advanced knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint and internet browsing

 Good communication skills, customer service skills and troubleshooting / problem solving skills

 Remote or onsite helpdesk experience preferred

 Experience of Cloud software operations or ERP or EDP will be added advantage

Education

 BCOM, MCOM,MBA,BBA

 BCA/MCA/BE/ BSC-IT/MSC-IT

 Certification in Tally and Excel --preferred
