ERP Delivery/Project Manager

As a Business Requirements Specialist at our company, your role involves gathering and documenting customer business requirements. You will collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, account managers, delivery managers, and colleagues to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. Your duties may include delivering product training, meeting client-specific requirements, and assisting in development and deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert to our clients, helping them understand our product and guiding them through setup and integration. - Follow balancing procedures meticulously to maintain the accuracy of all converted data. - Utilize your broad knowledge to recommend optimal solutions to clients when necessary. - Lead classroom, small group, and individual training sessions effectively. - Collaborate closely with the sales and post-support teams to ensure client expectations are met. - Create data maps and transaction workflow documents to illustrate the conversion process for each field of information. - Guide and drive clients towards the most suitable solutions for their business needs. - Exercise a high level of independent judgment and decision-making throughout the implementation process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. - Experience: 4 to 6 years in a similar role.
