ERP Delivery/Project Manager

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve gathering and documenting customer business requirements. You will collaborate and communicate with project managers, account managers, delivery managers, and colleagues to ensure timely and budgeted project delivery. Your duties may include delivering product training, addressing client-specific requirements, and assisting in development and deployment. Furthermore, you will be expected to serve as a subject matter expert for clients, assisting them in understanding our product and guiding them through setup and integration processes. In this role, you will follow balancing procedures to guarantee the accuracy of all converted data. Your broad knowledge will be crucial in recommending solutions to clients when necessary. As part of your responsibilities, you should be able to lead various types of training sessions, including classroom, small group, and individual facilitation. Collaboration with the sales and post-support teams will be essential to ensure that client expectations are met effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating data maps and transaction workflow documents to outline the conversion of information fields. Data mapping will serve as the technical specification for conversion and may involve code generation in certain cases. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients towards optimal solutions for their business requirements, requiring a high level of independent judgment and decision-making throughout the implementation process.
