Job Description

You will be joining our Investor Relations team as a dynamic and result-driven professional. Your role will involve converting qualified investor leads, selling in-house equity shares, and managing end-to-end communication with HNIs and retail investors. You will play a crucial part in guiding investors on potential opportunities, establishing trust-based relationships, and ensuring smooth investment execution. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with investor leads generated through the website, campaigns, and referrals. You will assess investor profiles and recommend suitable equity share offerings, counsel investors on business fundamentals, future value potential, and exit opportunities. Selling in-house equity shares by explaining company valuations, growth metrics, and investment thesis will also be part of your role. It will be essential to maintain active communication with investors through calls, emails, and meetings, address investor queries, build long-term relationships, and encourage repeat investments. You will coordinate with internal teams such as research, compliance, and operations to facilitate transactions. Furthermore, tracking and reporting investor feedback and sales performance to management will be a key task. Staying updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding updates, and capital markets will also be expected. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in Investment Sales, Wealth Advisory, or Investor Relations. A proven ability to convert leads into investments via consultative selling is crucial, as well as strong communication and persuasion skills. A good understanding of equity investments, startup valuations, and market trends is necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations and follow-ups simultaneously. Having certifications such as NISM Series XIX-A/B/C and NISM Series XXI-A/B/C would be preferred. Prior experience in financial products, startup investments, or wealth tech platforms, as well as proficiency in CRM usage for lead tracking and pipeline management, would be advantageous. Being comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach, possessing strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, and having a deep interest in equity markets and startup investing are also desirable skills for this role.,
