Job Description – Equity Dealer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team. The role involves servicing clients, executing trades, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The candidate will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of equity markets and trading operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades on behalf of clients with accuracy and efficiency.
• Service existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and grow the client base by delivering consistent trade revenue.
• Generate incremental revenue through effective trade strategies and client acquisition.
• Assist clients in trade selection by providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Ensure proper handling of client queries, complaints, and grievance resolution.
• Maintain accurate trade records, compliance documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Support sales promotion initiatives in coordination with team members.
• Perform data mining to identify potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Carry out additional operational and business-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MANDATORY - NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification required.
• Prior experience in equity trading, broking, or wealth management will be an added advantage.

• Salary Package: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based Incentives)
