Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Equipment Sales and Service professional located in New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling ophthalmic equipment, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing after-sales service and technical support. Key duties include managing sales processes, negotiating contracts, offering customer guidance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem-solving. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining a thorough understanding of the equipment and its benefits is essential.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Negotiation to achieve targets and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities to assist with inquiries, support needs, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction
  • Hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment or technical aspects of ophthalmic devices is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and a collaborative mindset for team-oriented environments
  • Basic knowledge of ophthalmology or the medical devices industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle on-site responsibilities and travel to meet with clients across locations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred
