Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. Your primary focus will be to identify and establish relationships with potential customers, contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. Generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales will be crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business is essential. You will also be required to conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Collaboration with the technical and service teams will be necessary to provide product demonstrations and after-sales support. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in a related field such as Earthmoving Division, Crane Division Construction Equipment, or Heavy Machinery Sales. An educational background of MBA or BE in Mechanical & Automobile or Graduation from a reputed college is preferred.
