Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Mumbai, India Company: Concrete Pump, Heavy Construction Equipments, Earthmoving Machinery, Tower Crane, Bar Bending & Bar cutting Machine, Hoist, Crane Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field Concrete Pump, Heavy Construction Equipments, Earthmoving Machinery, Tower Crane, Bar Bending & Bar cutting Machine, Hoist, Crane Industry Education: MBA or Engineering degree or Graduation from a reputed college Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Mumbai region. • Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. • Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to provide product demonstrations and after-sales support. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in concrete pumps, construction equipment, or heavy machinery. • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Must own a car or bike for frequent travel.
