Job Description

Skills/Experience Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Architect and design Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Financial Consolidation and Close, and Account Reconciliation. Requirement Gathering: Work with business leaders and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring that EPM solutions address their needs and align with strategic objectives. Prepare estimation, Order Documents, SoW and other proposal related work. Able to effectively present the solution to Client personnel including C- Level executives. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, including system configuration, data integration, and customization as required. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions with existing ERP systems and other enterprise applications. Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize EPM systems and processes to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience. Support Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for EPM applications, resolving issues and ensuring system stability and reliability. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and internal teams to ensure effective use of EPM solutions. Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud EPM best practices, updates, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. Previous experience in a similar architect role is highly desirable. ( Total experience of 15+ years ) Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Reporting. Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages. Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration capabilities. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective EPM solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Experience in managing and delivering EPM projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM Architect, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) are highly desirable.
