Job Description

* 3 Years Bond Agreement Signing Mandatory* Role & responsibilities Implementation of HSE management system by developing different safety implementation tools, involving people for awareness and implementation of the system and checking the successful implementation of the system to avoid non-compliance. Avoiding non-compliance with respect to safety statutory requirements. Assisting the plant management in the effective implementation of company HSE policy through HPL Health, Safety management systems. Awareness of employees for active participation and effective implementation of HPL. HSE management system. Checking the implementation of HSE management system through inspections and Audits. Assisting the plant in safe execution of high risks jobs like confined space entry, hot jobs. Timely investigation of all critical near misses and incidents to identify the root cause and to prevent recurrence. Increasing awareness and ensuring employee participation through safety promotional. HSE communication through Plant level safety committee meetings, Plant Management Safety Committee meetings, Central Safety Committee meetings etc. Preparing, updating, and monitoring of implementation of safety procedures. Preparation of documents as per IMS system and monthly safety performance report. Preferred candidate profile * B.E. or B.Tech. or MSc. + Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety.
