𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 – 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

Are you passionate about navigating government processes and ensuring businesses stay compliant with environmental laws?

We’re looking for a Government Liaison (Environmental Compliance) to join our growing team.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Coordinate with government authorities to obtain essential environmental and industrial approvals, such as:

 1. Consent to Establish (CTE) / Consent to Operate (CTO)

 2. Environmental Clearance (EC)

 3. Fire NOC

 4. Groundwater NOC (CGWA & State Authorities)

 5. EPR Related compliances from CPCB and SPCBs

 6. Hazardous Waste Authorization

 7. Solid Waste Management Approvals

 8. other state-specific approvals

Stay ahead of regulatory changes and amendments to guide clients accurately.

Build strong relationships with authorities to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

 1. Experience: 2–5 years in government liaison or regulatory compliance, ideally in environmental or industrial approvals.

 2. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and legal processes.

 3. Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.

 4. Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
