• Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements
• Monitor and review plant pollution levels; coordinate with plant teams to ensure adherence to government norms
• Handle Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) processes
• Liaise with government bodies such as Pollution Control Boards, MOEF, CGWA, CPCB, SPCB, and consultants
• Support the setup and operation of environmental labs; analyze and interpret lab data
• Conduct field visits, collect environmental data, and perform field measurements
• Promote and ensure safe working practices to maintain a dust-free environment
• Implement and maintain systems like ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM
