Entity Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Entity Controller to oversee financial reporting,
compliance, and accounting operations. The role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across entities. You will act as the key contact for audits, intercompany transactions, and automation-related troubleshooting while driving efficiency and accuracy in the financial close process. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with company and statutory requirements. Manage month-end closing and group reporting in AARO, including preparation of journals and review of AR/AP, fixed assets, and GL entries. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and reliability of financial data. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including write-offs, reserve analysis, and reconciliation between sub-ledger and general ledger. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) activities such as payment approvals, ledger reconciliation, month-end accruals, and coordination with AP GCC team. Handle bank transfers, funding, and intercompany transactions and recharges. Support payroll accounting - reconcile payroll payments with ledger entries, validate headcount and benefit data, record payroll entries, and process bonus accruals. Participate in audit processes, serving as the main point of contact for documentation and data requests. Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues between systems (e.g., billing system, Concur, Bill.com, ERP). Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline financial processes and monitor high-volume automated workflows. Conduct spontaneous checks and internal control audits to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure to deliver practical solutions. Demonstrate strong ownership, accuracy, and accountability in all finance operations. Preferred Qualifications 14-20 Years of experience in global financial reporting, entity controllership, or corporate accounting within MNC or GCC environments. Hands-on experience with AARO, NetSuite, and similar ERP systems. Exposure to US GAAP/IFRS and multinational reporting structures.
