Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership

    • Own the revenue growth target for the organization's training business globally.
    • Convert high-value inbound leads into enterprise contracts and multi-year deals.
    • Build, coach, and manage a team of inside sales, account managers, and pre-sales professionals.
  • Business Growth & Strategy

    • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with growth vision.
    • Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell of training, coaching, and SaaS offerings.
    • Establish enterprise partnerships with CHROs, CLOs, and business leaders.
  • Process & Operations

    • Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and account management frameworks.
    • Implement CRM-driven pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with marketing for demand generation and with delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • Market & Client Engagement

    • Represent Edstellar at client meetings, HR/L&D forums, and industry events.
    • Understand customer skill development needs and position Edstellar as the preferred partner.
    • Provide insights to product and delivery teams for shaping offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1218 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in corporate training, L&D, HRTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding high sales targets.
  • Strong relationships with HR, L&D, and CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and account management skills.
  • Global market exposure (US/Europe/Middle East/India) is a strong plus.
