Role Overview: As a Sales Support Operations Specialist in the SOAR Program at SoftwareOne, your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for creating and managing accurate, competitive quotes for SaaS products and services, as well as supporting efficient sales processes to ensure a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Create and manage accurate, competitive quotes for SaaS products and services. - Support efficient sales processes, ensuring a seamless client experience. Qualification Required: - A career break of at least 6 months and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. - Good problem-solving, consultative, and research skills. - Customer-oriented mindset. - Strong multitasking and time management skills. - Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team. - Basic software licensing knowledge of Tier 1/2 publishers (is an added advantage). - Additional Language knowledge (is an added advantage).
