Enterprise Sales Support Role

As a Sales Support Operations Specialist at SoftwareOne, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing precise and competitive quotes for SaaS products and services, as well as ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes to guarantee a seamless client experience. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in managing quotes, pricing, and customer requirements. A keen passion for learning and adaptability to new tools and systems will be greatly beneficial in fulfilling your duties effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should have taken a career break of at least 6 months and exhibit a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. You should demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, a consultative approach, and effective research skills. A customer-centric mindset, strong multitasking and time management skills, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively are key requirements. Additionally, basic knowledge of software licensing from Tier 1/2 publishers and proficiency in an additional language would be advantageous. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in supply chain. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, and a meticulous attention to detail are also essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
