Role Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Specialist at our Healthcare SaaS company in Coimbatore, India, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with healthcare providers, hospitals, and enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on selling cutting-edge software solutions that enhance healthcare operations, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic account plans to boost revenue from healthcare enterprises and hospital networks. - Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and clinical operations managers. - Conduct discovery calls, presentations, product demos, and customized solution proposals for healthcare organizations. - Manage intricate sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, while aligning with client needs and compliance regulations. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to provide exceptional customer experiences. - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and CRM updates using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. - Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices in SaaS. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 2+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a preference for Healthcare SaaS or healthcare technology background. - Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in complex sales environments. - Strong grasp of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, EHRs, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
