As an Enterprise Sales Specialist with LYFnGO Technologies based in Coimbatore, India, you will play a vital role in driving business growth within the Healthcare SaaS sector. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within Healthcare SaaS or B2B technology, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare providers, hospitals, and enterprise clients to promote innovative software solutions that enhance healthcare operations, elevate patient outcomes, and simplify compliance processes. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic account plans to boost revenue from healthcare enterprises and hospital networks. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and clinical operations managers, will be essential. You will conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations, showcase product demos, and create tailored solution proposals for healthcare organizations. Managing intricate sales cycles from prospecting to closure while ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards will be a key focus. Collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or healthcare technology, is required. Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in complex sales environments is essential. A solid grasp of healthcare operations, workflows, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and EHRs is crucial. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are vital, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events may be necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include knowledge of healthcare industry trends such as value-based care, interoperability, and digital health, as well as familiarity with solution/consultative selling methodologies. Staying informed about healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements, and SaaS best practices will be key to your success in this dynamic role.,
