We are a fast-growing software company expanding our presence in the US market. Our success comes from combining cutting-edge SaaS solutions with a driven sales culture. Now we are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Team Manager to lead our US-focused sales efforts and take our growth to the next level. Domestic call center or consumer sales experience is NOT relevant for this role.

About the Role

This is more than a management role, its a chance to lead from the front. You'll guide a team of Account Managers driving outbound SaaS sales in the US, while personally stepping in to support and close high-value, strategic deals. If you're a sales leader who loves building winning teams, hitting ambitious targets, and making a direct impact, this role is for you.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers focused on outbound US software sales.
  • Actively participate in strategic deal closures and complex negotiations.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and keep the team on track to exceed targets.
  • Deliver coaching and training to sharpen objection handling, product expertise, and closing skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales messaging resonates with US buyers.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing outbound processes and call center performance.
  • Track metrics, analyze data, and provide transparent sales reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure CRM best practices are followed for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in outbound SaaS/software sales (US market preferred).
  • Experience leading sales teams or managing call center/inside sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on performance and motivation.
  • Skilled in high-value deal closures, escalations, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Extensive background in outbound sales (preferably US software/SaaS market) with consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Successful history of leading sales teams and managing call center operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting team members in securing high-value or strategic deals.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Certifications in sales leadership or call center management (a plus).
