As a part of UiPath, you will be contributing towards creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. You will work alongside a team of curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine individuals who are committed to the larger purpose of the company. **Role Overview:** Your mission will be to meet the quota or assigned targets and provide the best experience to customers while nurturing them to become an enterprise class base for UiPath. **Key Responsibilities:** - Mine existing relationships and utilize comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath's key relationships. - Understand customers' business to identify automation opportunities. - Demonstrate the value proposition of UiPath effectively to clients by understanding the product and competitive products. - Develop and execute account strategies and roadmaps for long-term relationships. - Maintain relationships with decision makers in the market. - Collaborate with the Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve quarterly quotas. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solutions industry, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution accounts in North India. - Previous experience in selling to enterprise customers. - Proficiency in account planning, territory planning, and multi-product selling strategy. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
