As an Enterprise Sales Leader at our early-stage high-growth portfolio company in the AI infrastructure space, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next wave of innovation in how enterprises deploy and scale AI workloads. With 10-12 years of experience, you will deeply engage with customers to understand their business goals, AI/ML workloads, and infrastructure requirements, translating them into compelling solutions using our cutting-edge AI acceleration platform. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting customized solutions tools, environment, and on-demand GPU infrastructure to facilitate the creation and deployment of AI use-cases efficiently. You will own the sales strategy and execution, highlighting the platform's differentiation in fast, scalable, and intuitive AI infrastructure tailored for next-gen AI/GenAI use cases. Building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers across large enterprise accounts will be vital, fostering long-term partnerships beyond transactional deals. Additionally, you will feed market insights internally by staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies, influence product direction, and enhance positioning. Collaboration with internal tech teams will be essential to ensure feasibility, seamless onboarding, and high customer satisfaction. Your role will involve leading the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from discovery to solutioning, negotiation, and closing complex, high-value deals. Your background should include strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS, with a focus on consultative selling rather than transactional approaches. A solid understanding of AI/GenAI workflows, buyer personas, and modern AI infrastructure, particularly GPU-based, containerized, and on-demand solutions, will be valuable. Experience in closing large, strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders, strong CXO-level connections, and exposure to competing with hyperscalers or other AI infrastructure/cloud startups would be advantageous.
