Enterprise Sales Manager


If you’ve brought in $200k+ annual deals, understand enterprise procurement cycles, and can open doors through relationships, warm intros, or cold precision — we’re ready to talk.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead enterprise sales across India, North America and Europe with a focus on digital transformation and custom product development.
  • Use your personal network and strategic outreach to pitch our capabilities in enterprise software, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
  • Identify pain points and co-create tailored technology solutions with prospects, collaborating closely with our tech architects and delivery teams.
  • Handle end-to-end sales from outreach to negotiation, pricing, proposals, and hand-off.
  • Build a predictable pipeline and continuously improve our enterprise sales process.
  • Keep the feedback loop alive between clients and our product teams to ensure delivery excellence.

You’ll Thrive If You Have

  • 6-12 years of experience selling enterprise tech or custom software solutions.
  • Experience working with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, or Innovation teams.
  • A strong personal network or demonstrated ability to develop one in the B2B tech space.
  • Excellent storytelling and consultative selling skills.
  • A sharp understanding of how digital transformation projects are scoped, sold, and delivered.
  • A builder mindset - this isn’t a role where everything’s set up; we want someone who enjoys creating and iterating.
