About the Role:

Enterprise Delivery Manager – AI-led RCM Automation

AI, product, and engineering teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  AI-based automation

  across

  end-to-end RCM workflows

  , including eligibility verification, coding, charge capture, claims management, payment posting, denials, and A/R follow-up.
• Manage

  enterprise-scale program delivery

  with defined SLAs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  —AI, Product, Engineering, and Client Success—for on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure

  security, scalability, and compliance

  within

  cloud-based healthcare environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  .
• Lead

  Agile

  and

  DevOps practices

  to drive iterative, outcome-focused program execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning AI and automation initiatives with business goals.

Core Competencies:

• Deep understanding of

  Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  processes—eligibility, coding, charge capture, claims, payment posting, denials, and A/R.
• Proven experience in

  AI/Automation Delivery

  using

  NLP, ML models

  , and

  predictive analytics

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  Speech Intelligence

  ,

  Conversational AI

  , and

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  Python, SQL, APIs

  , and

  automation frameworks

  for

  EHR/RCM integration

  .
• Solid experience in

  cloud platforms

  such as

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  , with emphasis on

  security and compliance

  .
• Demonstrated excellence in

  Agile program management

  and

  enterprise-scale delivery leadership

  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related technical field.

• 8+ years

  of progressive experience in

  technology delivery and program management

  , with focus on

  AI/ML-based automation

  .
• Proven success in deploying

  AI-driven automation solutions

  within healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Strong

  communication and leadership skills

  with ability to engage effectively with

  C-suite stakeholders

  .
• Excellent

  analytical and problem-solving

  skills with a

  data-driven approach

  to decision-making.
