Job Title: EDW Business Analyst (Enterprise Data Warehouse BA) Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 7–10 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Warehouse Business Analyst (EDW BA) to lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business requirements for data warehouse initiatives. This role demands close collaboration with business users, data architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of scalable and business-aligned data solutions. A strong foundation in data modeling, insurance domain knowledge, and end-to-end business analysis is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and data requirements for EDW solutions Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications and data mapping documents Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate data models and architecture Drive workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives Support data quality validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC and maintain updated documentation Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis and modeling Must-Have Skills 7–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects Strong expertise in Data Modeling techniques and working knowledge of data warehousing concepts eeDeep understanding of the Insurance domain, including policy, claims, and customer data Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Proficiency in gathering requirements, creating BRDs/FRDs, and supporting Agile teams Skills: business analysis,communication,documentation,enterprise data warehouse (edw),insurance domain knowledge,enterprise data warehouse,requirements gathering,data warehousing concepts,data modeling,agile methodologies,insurance,business analyst,stakeholder management Show more Show less
