Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI & Generative AI

• Architect and deliver solutions using 

  Copilot Studio, MCP servers, agent-to-agent protocols, RAG, BYOM

• Hands-on experience with 

  LLMs/SLMs, embeddings, vector databases, orchestration pipelines

• Design autonomous and multi-agent systems with strong safety and governance controls
• Implement responsible AI, model evaluation, and hallucination mitigation

Copilot & M365 Integration

• Architect 

  Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility

   using Plugins, Graph Connectors, Graph APIs
• Integrate Copilot solutions with 

  SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Dataverse, ADX/Kusto

• Design end-to-end 

  AI + Power Platform + M365

   solutions

Power Platform & Enterprise Integration

• Expert knowledge of 

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse

• Design secure APIs using 

  OAuth2, OIDC, Azure API Management

• Experience with 

  event-driven and real-time architectures

   (Event Grid, Service Bus)
• Define enterprise 

  ALM, environment strategy, and solution layering

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Define and enforce 

  Power Platform and AI governance frameworks

• Strong experience with 

  DLP policies, Managed Environments, CoE Starter Kit

• Knowledge of 

  Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Information Protection, API security

• Establish AI controls for prompt safety, data boundaries, and agent security

Azure Cloud Architecture

• Hands-on experience with 

  Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI, AI Search

• Knowledge of 

  Key Vault, Storage, VNET integration, private endpoints

• Design scalable, secure, high-availability cloud architectures

Center of Excellence Enablement

• Build and mentor 

  satellite and local CoE teams

• Enable makers and business units with best practices and governance
• Drive adoption through training, evangelism, and technical guidance

Delivery, Value & Change Management

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from ideation to production
• Experience with 

  large-scale global AI programs (>100K users)

• Define KPIs to measure adoption, productivity, and ROI
• Support change management, training, and adoption programs

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in 

  Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture

• Strong expertise in 

  Microsoft Power Platform & M365

• Hands-on experience with 

  Generative AI, Copilot Studio, MCP, RAG

• Strong knowledge of 

  Azure cloud architecture

• Experience working with 

  global teams and multi-vendor environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
• Experience in 

  telecom or large enterprise environments

• Prior experience in 

  Center of Excellence (CoE) operations
