Enrollment Advisor

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and results-oriented Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor to join our academic outreach team. The successful candidate will combine academic advising with consultative sales strategies to deliver a superior counselling experience, supporting our institutional enrollment goals.

Location-Palarivattom, Kochi

Key Responsibilities

• Student & Family Engagement
• Act as the primary contact for prospective students and their families, offering clear and comprehensive guidance on our academic programs, admissions procedures, and institutional offerings.
• Lead Management & Conversion

Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound outreach. Utilize strategic approach to convert prospects into confirmed enrolments.

• Enrolment Target Performance

Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly enrolment targets—both individually and as part of a team. Cultivate lasting, trust-based relationships with students and their families to deliver a seamless admission experience. Accurately log and track all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and conversion outcomes in the CRM system. Support transparent reporting and compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (in any discipline)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated persuasive ability with a student-first counselling mindset
• Goal-driven attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or telesales preferred—but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
