Enrollment Advisor

As an Academic Counsellor at Xylem Learning in Mankavu, Kozhikode, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and parents towards making well-informed academic decisions related to our commerce programs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential students and their parents through various communication channels, understanding their academic aspirations, recommending suitable programs, and effectively communicating the advantages of Xylem Learning. By combining your academic insights with consultative sales techniques, you will contribute to driving enrolments and supporting students in their academic journey. Your key responsibilities will involve engaging with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls, utilizing our internal lead database. You will be required to have a deep understanding of each student's academic goals, challenges, and interests to provide tailored recommendations for commerce programs. Your role will also include communicating program details, schedules, and the unique benefits of Xylem Learning in a personalized manner to build trust and foster long-term relationships with students. Achieving or exceeding monthly enrolment targets by converting potential leads into admissions will be a key performance indicator. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. While prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or the education sector is preferred, it is not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key skills required for this role include strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasive communication, motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to quickly establish rapport with diverse individuals. The compensation and benefits package for this position includes a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 17,000 along with attractive performance-based incentives, health insurance coverage, paid sick leave and time off, and Provident Fund (PF) benefits.
