Skillcubator is looking for a motivated and empathetic Enrollment Advisor to join our growing team! As an Enrollment Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners—guiding them through program options, helping them identify the right career path, and supporting them through the enrollment process. This is a contract remote role for an Enrollment Advisor at Skillcubator Training Institute. The Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for daily tasks related to customer service, communication with potential students, sales efforts, critical thinking, and utilizing interpersonal skills to guide applicants through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students via phone, email, chat, and video. Conduct personalized consultations to understand learners’ goals and recommend the best-fit programs. Provide clear, compelling information on Skillcubator’s courses, certifications, and placement support. Track and nurture leads using a CRM system; meet monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing and webinar events. Support learners through onboarding and pre-course orientation. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, student advising, or customer success. Excellent communication, active listening, interpersonal skills and customer service abilities. Sales and Critical Thinking skills. Ability to work independently and remotely.
