The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end software development projects, with a primary focus on .NET-based solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively lead global teams and deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Project Planning And Execution Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end software development projects, with a strong emphasis on .NET Framework and .NET Core solutions. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. Team Leadership And Management Lead and manage a geographically dispersed, cross-functional team of .NET developers, testers, and designers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Stakeholder Communication And Collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly. Project Monitoring And Control Monitor project performance using project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Track project milestones, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Risk Management Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure timely resolution of project issues and escalate as necessary. Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Implement quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software solutions. Technology Advancement Stay updated on the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and recommend enhancements to existing processes and technologies. Desired Skills Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies (e.g, Web API, Entity Framework). Hands-on experience with SQL Server is highly advantageous. Understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Project Management Skills Proven experience managing full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects, particularly those involving .NET technologies. Expertise in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies. Strong ability to manage project scope, time, cost, and quality. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience managing international teams. Soft Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
