- Hydraulic schematics and parts lists, Hydraulic package assembly drawings
- 3D software using Creo with quick learning ability to use Solid Works 3D packaging.
Design capability
- Technical writing ability in English with proper document format and English grammar that is acceptable to the USA English customer.
- Manage team of engineers & Designers. Lead Team, Workload, schedules
- Review & analyze their work daily. Review with drawings.
- Provide technical guidance: Fabrication, Machining, Packing, 3D Solid work.
- Enforce Configuration control, Documentation and Design completion targets.
- FEA, Design analysis. Airflow analysis using SolidWorks
- Load bank fabrication structural stress analysis with the objective of reducing the cost and weight of the metal.
- Structure design for hear items like reactor etc.
- Communicate with customer for design improvement, product improvement, design scheduled & work status.
- Vendor development for parts. E.g. Ceramic parts. Certification with UL, TUA, ASME, ISO etc.
- Release Documents & Make Layout. Hands-on experience with BOMs, engineering change management, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering basics (Machine Design, Manufacturing Processes, etc.).
- CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks is added advantage).
