What You’ll Be Doing...

Verizon is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate for CXP Operations team in Verizon Consumer Group, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and proactive monitoring for retail postpaid customers. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing business needs.

What We’re Looking For...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree and one or more years of work experience.
• Knowledge on Database (Oracle, Cassandra) and should be able to write SQLs and Procedures
• Experience in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker etc
• Ability to solve problems along with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, to track and close defects and create dashboards for relevant product teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G Suite.
• Knowledge on Agentic AI, prompt engineering and other AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge on ITIL/ITSM
• Knowledge of developing and maintaining microwebsites (e.g., Google Sites).
• Specific knowledge and experience working for an Operations Team.
