How to know that this role is/isn't for you?

This role is for disruptors who are hungry, curious, and think of problems deeply to bring solutions that are considered innovative and unusual.

• If you’re randomly one day asked to learn how to make apps using AI to teach students and deliver the application in a week. Instead of fretting, if you’re someone who can scope out, prioritize, and build a prototype - this is for you. (Why: This would happen on many fine days🙂)
• If you are more likely to do things that you don’t know, for the joy of learning new things or trying out new approaches - this is for you.
• If you’re a perfectionist, and take time to deliver - this 

  isn’t

  for you. 
• If you thrive in delegation, and micromanaging, while building smart systems to track the work quality/delivery - this is for you.
• If you feel lazy to do the same work again, and instead automate it, or design a process for it - this is for you.
• If you know google sheets enough to know what VLookup and pivot tables are. And when I ask about ArrayFormula, instead of saying no, you take 15 mins to get a headstart to learn the concept by trying it yourself and say yes, instead - this is for you.

These metrics aren’t required for all roles or work well in all spheres of life, but for this particular role, are fairly important.

What will you do?

• You will empower 1200 students learning in our residential center to build English and 21st century skills on their own. Even more importantly, this curriculum & pedagogy will be further used by 1200 students through Zuvy and thousands of other students of partner organizations.
• You will enable the team and the students to understand the pedagogy and “learn how to learn”. For an effective self-directed journey, the learner must understand practical aspects of pedagogy to make informed decisions.
• You will heavily integrate AI (consistently explore AI tools) and emerging technology - and fuel the same curiosity in all the team members and the students
• You will build clear measurable learning experiments, pilot them and quickly scale what is working while learning from what is not. 
• You will build an integrated approach to build English and 21st century skills. Including but not limited to - Understanding biases, gender, Values, Technology etc 
• You will own the outcomes for English and 21st century skills building in students end to end. 
• You will not conform to traditional teaching practices and not let anyone tell you that this is impossible :P

6 to 9 lakhs per annum
