Engineering Recruiter

We are looking for an Engineering Recruiter who can recruit candidates for our engineering clients. Specifically, we need to hire for positions in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Automotive Engineering. These roles need to be filled quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Understand job descriptions thoroughly
• Create effective Boolean search strings
• Source candidates through LinkedIn
• Post jobs on multiple job boards
• Screen candidate résumés and conduct phone screenings
• Maintain proper follow-ups with candidates for updates and future opportunities

Qualifications:

• Must hold a technical degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing for engineering positions
• Must reside in Noida
• Comfortable working onsite
• Comfortable with night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
