Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Procurement Executive to join our team at our corporate office in Kukatpally. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring engineering-related goods and services for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for engineering, maintenance, and project-related items.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
Issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), analyze quotations, and negotiate prices and terms with vendors.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
Coordinate with the engineering, maintenance, and production teams to understand technical requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
Work closely with stores and finance departments for GRN, invoice clearance, and vendor payments.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
1–5 years of relevant experience in engineering procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Formulations.
Good understanding of technical specifications and engineering components.
Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP / ERP preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
