Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership of technology projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
Manage and mentor software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and data security across all platforms.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Manage external tech vendors and ensure timely project delivery.
Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agile development.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Exposure to analytics, SaaS, or retail tech platforms is a plus.
