Description

Role Overview :Seeking an experienced Candidate to lead React js web and cross-platform mobile development teams for US-based clients.This role combines hands-on technical leadership with delivery management and stakeholder coordination, ensuring high-impact results across both React web and React Native mobile platforms.Candidate must be comfortable working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers delivering React, React Native, and RoR projects.
  • Manage project delivery, sprint planning, roadmap execution, and release governance.
  • Own code quality, architecture decisions, and technical troubleshooting across web and mobile.
  • Coordinate directly with US-based clients for technical discussions, status reporting, and feedback.
  • Optimize team performance through metrics, capacity planning, and process improvements.
  • Oversee CI/CD setup using tools like Azure DevOps (or similar)

Requirements

  • 5+ years total experience in software development, including recent leadership/management roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, React Native.
  • Record of managing remote teams and client deliveries (preferably US clients/projects).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics-driven delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work US shifts (typically evening to late night IST).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior exposure to distributed teams and cross-cultural communication.
  • Tech hiring and onboarding exposure a plus.
  • Exposure to c#, dot net and blazor is a plus
