This role is critical in driving innovation in user experience, ensuring high performance and scalability, and maintaining a best-in-class design and development process. You will be at the helm of delivering intuitive and delightful experiences to our end users, while mentoring a talented team of engineers and collaborating closely with product managers and designers. Responsibilities: Lead and grow a high-performing team of frontend engineers. Define, architect, and deliver large-scale, modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalability. Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Maintain a hands-on role in coding, design, and architecture decisions. Drive adoption of engineering best practices and ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team. Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery with high-quality output. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in frontend development with strong technical depth and leadership capabilities. Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries, especially Angular (6+) , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Solid understanding of frontend architecture , MVC patterns , and scalable UI design. Proven track record of leading teams , mentoring engineers, and delivering high-impact projects. Good eye for design and user experience with the ability to partner effectively with UX teams. Exposure to ReactJS , Redux , Node.js , PHP , or cloud technologies is a plus. Experience with backend technologies and integration is an added advantage. Open mindset towards working with and learning new technologies – no bias towards specific stacks. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Show more Show less
