Engineering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET technologies on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop technical roadmaps for new projects and manage the delivery process from planning to deployment.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by setting milestones, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements :

• 10-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in .NET development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform and its applications in software development.
• Proven track record of leading teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery.
