💼 We’re Hiring – Engineering Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) 🌍
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead and strengthen our Design & Engineering disciplines across Offshore Oil & Gas and EPC projects. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to drive innovation, quality, and excellence in project delivery.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Design & Engineering activities for Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom disciplines.Oversee design, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and offshore hook-up.Develop and implement engineering procedures, work guides, and best practices.Review & approve design deliverables: SLDs, schematics, load lists, philosophies, datasheets, specifications, layouts, and engineering documents.Coordinate with clients, project teams, and cross-functional departments for seamless execution.Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.Mentor and train engineers while managing multiple projects within schedule and budget.🔹 What We’re Looking For:Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: 20+ years in Design & Engineering within EPCI / consultancy, with strong exposure to offshore oil & gas and EPC projects.Mandatory: Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.Expertise in international codes/standards and tools like ETAP, SPI, SPEL, InstruCalc, etc.Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.📩 Apply Now:Send your CV to muthulakshmi@provhr.in or reach us at +91 7305087701 with the subject line “Application – Engineering Manager (E&I)”#EngineeringManager #Electrical #Instrumentation #Design #Engineering #OilAndGas #OffshoreJobs #EPC #Hiring #Leadership #Aramco
