Role & responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

Leadandmentorengineeringteamsacrossmultipledivisionstoachieveprojectgoalsand deliverables.

Developandimplementstrategicplansforengineeringoperations,ensuringalignmentwith company objectives and project requirements.

Overseeresourceallocation,projectscheduling,andbudgetingtooptimizeefficiencyand effectiveness.

Project Oversight:

ManagecomplexEPCdesignprojectsfromconceptionthroughtocompletion,ensuring adherencetotechnicalspecifications,qualitystandards,andclientexpectations.

Coordinatecross-functionalteamsincludingcivil,mechanical,electrical,andstructuralengineers to achieve project milestones.

Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during project execution.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,stakeholders,andregulatorybodiesregarding engineering aspects of projects.

Fosterstrongrelationshipswithclientsandstakeholderstoensuresatisfactionandaddressany concerns or requirements.

Presentprojectupdates,technicalreports,andperformancemetricstoseniormanagementand clients.

Process Improvement:

Identifyandimplementbestpracticesandprocessimprovementstoenhanceengineering efficiency and project outcomes.

Stayabreastofindustrytrends,technologies,andregulatorychangestomaintainacompetitive edge and ensure compliance.

Team Development:

Recruit,train,anddevelopengineeringtalenttobuildhigh-performingteamsandensure succession planning.

Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within engineering divisions.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering(Civil, Mechanical, Electrical ,or related field).

12to16years of progressive experience in EPC design or engineering management, with a proven track record of leading multiple engineering divisions.

Strong expertise in managing large-scale and complex EPC projects .
